New Star Wars Glitches from Episode IV: A New Hope

We found even more bloopers from the original Star Wars movie:

Luke calls the damaged droid an R2 unit, though Star Wars lore names that particular droid R5-D4.

When Owen claims that Obi-Wan died about the same time as Luke's father, Luke assumes, for some reason, that this means the two knew each other.

Threepio moves after he powers down.

New Star Wars Glitches from Episode VIII: The Last Jedi

We've added more mistakes to Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, like these:

Leia can use the Force to survive in space, while poor Jedi Master Qui-Gon needs a machine to survive under water.

When Poe opens the door to let Leia back into the ship, it should suck all the air out. And him, too.

Rey's escape pod passes right through the force field to enter the hanger on Kylo Ren's ship.

Facts About Jack McGee from The Incredible Hulk

As a fan of tv's The Incredible Hulk, and more particularly, of reporter Jack McGee as played by Jack Colvin, I often lamented that there was so little revealed about my favorite reporter. Here, then, are the facts as we know them:

  • His middle initial is R (The Waterfront Story)
  • He was born in May or June (Stop the Presses)
  • His home town is St. Louis (Mystery Man)
  • He served in the Air Force in Korea, but dislikes flying (also Mystery Man)
  • He plays golf (The Hulk Breaks Las Vegas)
  • He can scuba dive (Equinox)

The Best Jack McGee Episodes of The Incredible Hulk

If you're a Jack McGee fan, like me, you know that some episodes of The Incredible Hulk tv series are better at showcasing our favorite reporter than others. These are the best of the best for McGee fans:

  • Mystery Man: McGee and Banner strike up an unlikely, if temporary friendship, and Jack learns that the Hulk is really a man who transforms.
  • Prometheus: Jack displays his investigative skills and stick-to-it-ivity infiltrating a secret government complex.
  • The Hulk Breaks Las Vegas: Jack interacts with some friends for a change and tries to communicate with the Creature for the first time.
  • Equinox: McGee never gets closer to seeing John Doe's face than in this episode.
  • Proof Positive: Jack takes the spotlight, revealing tidbits about his personal life in the process.
  • Stop the Presses: McGee shows his ethical side. And shoots himself in the leg.

The Incredible Jack McGee -- An Episode Guide

If you're like most people of a certain age, you tuned in to The Incredible Hulk every week to see what the Creature would smash this episode. Some, no doubt, also watched the show to catch David's transformation and surname of the week. But there were a few who knew the real reason to view the series: Jack McGee. The intrepid reporter didn't appear in every episode, but he kept things lively, forcing Banner to come up with ever-more-creative methods for dodging exposure.

This episode guide is for McGee-lovers everywhere.

The Incredible Hulk pilot

Intrepid reporter Jack McGee makes multiple requests to gain an interview with scientists David Banner and Elaina Marks for The National Register, a cheap, sensationalist newspaper beneath his talents. The scientists are studying human strength enhancement, but they refuse to grant him an interview. Jack even visits Dr. Marks's home, though it does him no good. When Dr. Banner's car is found smashed in a ditch, McGee investigates and finds enormous footprints at the scene. He further interviews a man and his young daughter who report an encounter with a 7-foot hulking greenish creature. McGee confronts Banner and Marks with a plaster cast of the prints, but they deny any knowledge of the Hulk. Convinced that the scientists are hiding something, McGee sneaks into their lab to learn more, finding evidence that the Creature had been there. Banner returns and finds Jack there, escorting the reporter outside just before the building explodes and McGee is knocked senseless. He comes to just in time to get his first look at the Hulk, which emerges from the blaze carrying Dr. Marks. McGee tries to find Dr. Banner, but it's impossible to enter the inferno. Dr. Marks is later found dead; Banner's body is never found at all. Jack makes it his mission to track down the Hulk and learn the true story of the Creature. More...

New Glitches from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi

We've added a few more glitches to Star Wars Episode VI:

It's a good thing none of the denizens of Jabba's palace sleep near the carbonite, or Boushh could never get near enough to free Han undetected.
