Contest: Name the Action Figure

The first reader to correctly identify the action figure below will win a Disney color slide (my choice). Rules are as follows: Contest is open to anyone, but only the first correct answer wins the prize. Your answer must be verifiable. That is, I must be able to check it with an independent website (something more reliable than Wikipedia). You do not need to list any sites, just the name of the character, but adding any additional information (TV series, comic book, etc.) can only help you. If you neglect to include your name and mailing address, your entry will be disqualified. Can't send you a prize if I don't know who you are, can I? Contest ends in 30 days.
