Get Smart Glitches

Would you believe...glitches from the classic TV series Get Smart? Glitches are mistakes in movies and TV shows. They can be technical goofs, continuity errors, or anything that makes you scratch your head and say, "Huh?"

Here are some examples from the pilot episode:

One henchman has a tear in the shoulder of his wetsuit.

There are bullet holes in the door before Max fires the machine gun, bullet holes which disappear after he shoots.
