Crush number 4 is Prince Dirk Blackpool from the short-lived 1983 mid-season replacement series
Wizards and Warriors. With only 8 episodes under its belt, you'd think the show wouldn't make much of an impression. But Dirk, played by Duncan Regehr, is unforgettable. Tall, dark, and smoldering, he's nothing like the type I usually favor, but he had me at the very first "Hi." Crushing on a villain has its problems; for one thing, all the adventures you write in your head need an outside enemy in order to allow Dirk to win the day. Bad never looked so good.
