- Smoke
Maybe you can't stop. You're hopelessly addicted. But consider, the coronavirus affects your breathing. The last thing you need is weak lungs if you want to survive a possible contraction of the disease. If you can't quit, try cutting down. Instead of smoking four cigarettes a day, make it three. Your lungs will thank you. - Snack
You'll be getting less exercise, so out-of-control snacking will really put on the pounds. Not that you can't snack at all, but we have to guard against eating out of boredom. If you're used to eating 2 snacks a day, there's no need up it to 3 or 4 or twenty. - Neglect Personal Hygene
You may be washing your hands more, but what about the rest of you? Even if you won't see another human being for days, take a shower, brush your teeth, wear clean clothes. Nothing makes you feel lousy like being dirty. - Argue
If you're stressed, so is the rest of your family. Arguing will only make everything worse. Be kind, be forgiving. - Over-Sleep
Sure, sleep in for a treat, but remember you'll have to get back on your regular schedule sooner or later. If you stay up until the wee hours and sleep until noon, you'll create a habit that will be nearly impossible to break when you need to. Why not create a good habit instead: get to sleep earlier and get up earlier. It's not like you have to cram too much into your evenings after work these days. - Drink
Alcohol is a depressant. Do you really need help to get depressed right now? - Worry
If worrying did anybody any good, then I'd say do it. It doesn't. So don't. Worrying doesn't keep you healthy or make the time go by or make bad situations more bearable. It poisons every hour. And if you can't stop? The Lord Jesus Christ can help. He can give peace if you know Him as your Savior.
